The very first time I picked up a camera, I wanted to snap a picture that would have the power to translate the throbbing emotion into a tangible image that I could hold and share with others. But as most people who have tried to photograph something beautiful. I was profoundly disappointed.

It was then that the obvious epiphany guided me to realized there was an art around this seemingly-simple task. For me, photography is a way to share with others that which strikes me as captivating.

I've come a long way in these almost ten years of recording instances. Now, fully equipped with the latest digital equipment and software, I've learned to manipulate light, composition, color, space, focus, texture, and shapes. These are the tools I use to carve the image that you and I can both look at and say "...as lovely as in person."
