Welcome to the world of Billy the Clown! A somewhat foolish, happy hobo we think you will find both wacky and wonderful... both at the same time.
Billy the Happy Hobo is Billy's mainstay and he specializes in performing for children from the age of 3 to 9. But, Billy has been known to go by many different names and faces, as you will see, and he has performed for as few as 4 children and as many as 8000 children and grown up children (parents).
