Our professional staffs of chefs, bartenders, servers, and management, have a diverse knowledge and background of food, wine and stellar service. We cater to the individualized needs of all of our clientele, down to the smallest detail. It is detail that separates us from other caterers. Our food is hand made from scratch in our custom designed; commissary kitchen by culinary school trained and certified chefs. We use only the finest quality ingredients in our recipes. A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, He has worked with some of the most famous chefs in the country. Chef Milano successfully commanded top restaurants like the The Park Avenue Café, NYC- Mark's Las Olas – Smith And Wollensky's Steakhouse and Chowders Fine Seafood Restaurant. In 2005, chef Milano opened Chooks Gourmet Market in Boca Raton and Ft. Lauderdale. His concept prepared, fresh entrees and gourmet meals was an instant hit with numerous reviews from the Sun-Sentinel and other local publications. He also opened Distinguished Palate Catering, an upscale catering company, successfully serving the most detail oriented clientele. After merging his catering company with Galley Catering LLC, a whole new niche has been reveiled. The ability to cater to both land based and maritime(yachting industry) clientele, supplying gourmet catering from a few to hundereds of your guest. Chef Milano takes pride in overseeing all of his customer's functions from planning to execution.
