Ron Freshman is San Diego's and the Desert Cities' finest and most sought after solo guitarist. His diverse musical styles include Classical, Jazz, Brazilian, Popular and Flamenco.

For more than a decade, Ron Freshman has recorded the songs that inspire us all. Ron is a graduate of U.C. Santa Cruz with a B.A. in music, a Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and belongs to the CA BAR as an attorney. He studied classical guitar with Pepe Romero, Manuel Barrueco and Jorge Morel, and Jazz Guitar with Joe Pass, Ted Greene and Lenny Breau.

Ron taught guitar at Pepperdine University, Malibu, from 1983 to 2000. He also taught at Pierce College, Woodland Hills, California. Ron's concert experience includes performances at the Toronto Guitar Festival, Carmel Guitar Festival Soundboard Guitar Festival, Pierce College, Valley College, and the Orange County Guitar Circle, Liverpool and Rome.

Ron has performed for countless celebrities and backed entertainers such Jack Jones, Jo Ann Castle, Jerry Van Dyke, Roger Williams and many others.
