Stephen Keltner is a self taught free lance artist/cartoonist/Illustrator from Tulsa Oklahoma. When he's not doing caricatures locally at parties, he does commission portraits and cartoons for individuals anywhere. He is currently studying graphic design at Oklahoma State University. His awards include the 2008 Genesis Gold Award at OSU for Design Illustration and other local awards. A big plus to his year in 2008 was the chance to work with the one and only Fat Momma. He has many styles ranging from realistic to cartoon.
