I am a local artist specializing in drawing and painting, located here in San Fernando Valley. I practice a wide variety of art, one of which is my face painting. I have a unique style That has transformed from 20 years of experience. Probably most important is the speed I paint as a result of keeping up with the long lines at my face painting booth at the San Diego County Fair. I paint 20 to 25 people an hour and have never left an event with a sad face left out . If anything, kids and adults have their arms painted once their face is done because of extra time.

Because of my profound love for art, I do have an additional service I can provide for you, my party people. That service would be my caricature portraits. I draw the traditional profile (side view) or the more contemporary front face view. I got my start at Disneyland in Anaheim as a portrait artist and have been drawing them ever since - 20 years! I can work in color or B/W depending on how many party guests are participating, and what time frame is available.

It is not uncommon for me to book both services all at once done by me at your event. Besides booking both services is only $10 more an hour . I have a Bachelors Degree in Illustration from Art Center in Pasadena and am presently working on a commissioned portrait done in oils on canvas and have just finished doing 27 pen and ink color illustrations for a book being published. While no events or parties are happening during the weekdays, I am always building up my body of work especially focusing on my large house portraits, pet portraits, kids' room murals, caricatures from photos and fine art paintings.

Being an Artist and making a living at it means being versatile . I pride myself on that and really enjoy the flexibility this wonderful artsy life has given me.
