The Lookout Cats play a wide variety of music from the Big Band era, to Jazz and Swing, to Rhythm and Blues, to a Latin Beat, to Rock and Roll. Performing through various venues such as wedding receptions, conventions, concerts, and private parties - Satisfying Music Lovers everywhere!

David Chown - Keyboards, Band leader
David has been playing piano and keyboards in the Traverse City area since ****. He has played at the Grand Hotel on Macinac Island, the Grand Traverse Resort, the Park Place Hotel, Traverse City Golf and Country Club, and Bay Harbor. He has six available CD's. He owns and operates Lookout Music Productions Studio, where he records and teaches about ** students.

Laurie Sears - Saxophone
Laurie is a prolific performer, playing for many shows, musicals and touring revues. She has appeared with the Four Tops, the Temptations, Maureen McGovern, Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennet, Julie Andrews, and numerous other top performers. She is also on the faculty at Interlochen.

Ronnie Hernandez - Vocals, Drums, and Percussion
Ronnie is a sensational singer who has worked extensively in the Chicago area with many top orchestras, and has done numerous jingles for television and radio. He has played at the Grand Traverse Resort, the Park Place Hotel, Auntie Pasta's, and Bay Harbor. He also operates owns and operates his own music business, Standout Productions.

Elizabeth Rivers - Vocals
Elizabeth has been singing in the Traverse City area for fifteen years. She has performed with Jeff Haas, Jay Weber, The Sultans of Swing, and recently in concert with Lori Sears and Janice Keegan. She has recorded with Jay Weber, and Doug Hansen, and has written several original songs with David Chown. Her day gig is events planner with Victor's Incentives and Meetings.

Charlie Tomlin - Guitar, Vocals
Charlie is a very versatile player who toured for twenty years before settling in the Traverse City area where he runs his own business, "The Music Factory", where he teaches and sells guitars.

Ron Getz - Guitar
Ron studied at Berkeley College of Music and the New England Conservatory of Music. He has performed with a variety of jazz greats, and also shared the stage with blues greats B.B. King, Koko Taylor, Matt "Guitar" Murphy,Jeff Healy, Johnnie Lang and Kenny Wayne Sheppard.
