Our yachts feature buffet or sit-down service, with delicious choices prepared on board by our executive chefs and their galley staffs. Choose the yacht of your choice, and preview our menus. Selections include beef, poultry and seafood with fresh vegetables, salads, rolls with butter, and dessert. With advance notice, we can accommodate requests for kosher meals, and we can arrange special meals for guests with allergies. Other specialty menus are available.
