I received your message on my phone today and instead of calling you back, I figured a letter would be more appropriate. (I've wanted to send this letter since the event but I've been too busy...so here it is.)

The party was a complete success. The guests are still talking about it to this day and by the sounds of them, I think they will be talking about it this day and by the sounds of them, I think they will be talking about it for years to come. The "A" Team of dealers you sent were extraordinary...friendly, courteous and professional. The equipment was high quality. These details made a difference.

This was the first casino party I hosted. I called several casino companies during my planning. Initially, it was a "crap shoot" for me (no pun intended) in deciding which company to use. Most were less expensive (not by much) and some offered to "beat" or "match" the lowest price. But upon further questioning, and other companies did not give me a sense of security that I would get a "professional" party. Your firm did give me a more secure feeling. Margarita was extremely helpful and worked with me. In hind sight, it is obvious that I made the right choice and I am happy that I did.

I would especially like to thank Margarita and Joe for their contribution in making this year's holiday reception such a huge success. Margarita was very accommodating and patient with me while setting up the initial contract. Although, I made numerous changes and she was always very professional and pleasant. Joe my pit boss was very extremely efficient and very knowledgeable. He and his staff did an outstanding job handling the set-up of the equipment. The dealers were well dressed and very friendly to the guests.

Thank you, Tom and your great staff for making our fundraiser such a success. In spite of the dismal economy and our weak advance-ticket sales, we raised over $10,000 for our school! Tom the floor manager helped me squeeze every dollar we could out of that night, and every single person attending had a great time. The dealers were great, willing to teach those novices at their tables, and the whole atmosphere was relaxed and non-intimidating. I would do this again in a heartbeat!
