During the '90's, my fascination with Barbecue led me on dozens of pilgrimages down south and all over Texas. The results can be found throughout Smokey's menu and the raves of reviewers who said, "The food is fabulous" and "Baby back ribs were... lean, tender and falling off the bone".

While each event may be different, Smokey's delivers the same level of excellence. Our client wanted to put together a memorable event for its employees. We arranged everything from the location down to an extensive array of entertainment including: carnival games, pony rides, a magic show, a 20 foot slide, adult games and a face painter. Of course a fabulous barbecue was also served. This is because when Smokey's caters your Barbecue or Clambake you receive what no other caterer or restaurant north of the Mason Dixon line can provide: authentic barbecue using state of the art equipment; made from scratch sauces, side dishes, and dry rubs along with over three decades of catering experience.
