CORCOVADO is a San Francisco - California based band. However the name comes from the mountain in which stands one of Brazil's most famous landmarks, the **-foot statue of Chist, overlooking Rio de Janeiro.
The * piece consists of:Keyboards, Vocals, Bass, Drums, Percussion, Trumpet and Sax or Trombone .
Our * piece Latin Jazz Band consists of: Vibraphone/Vocals, Keyboards, Bass, Drums and Percussion.
We also perform as a Duo, Trio or larger band; up to a ** piece ensemble with bigger horn section and more singers.
Charles " Carlos" Barreda" Keyboardist, Vibraphonist - Marimbist, Drummer - Percussionist, Arranger and Composer Charles Barreda is a man totally dedicated to his art.
Charles is available for concerts, private parties, recordings and teaching.
