Welcome to Party Wizards!
Party Wizards offers Event Consulting, Bartenders and Wait Staff for all types of events from weddings, to tailgate parties, to family picnics, to anniversary parties, Halloween parties, poker nights, bachelor parties and wedding showers. We also provide staff to caterering companies or any food and beverage provider that needs supplemental staff. We are a service-based business providing staffing, not products. If you love to cook but never get a chance to enjoy yourself, hire the Party Wizards and be your own guest and let us do the rest! We do set up, onsite service and clean up. We will greet your guests, give them a tour of the event site, make them drinks, serve them food, and do all the clean up.

About Party Wizards
Party Wizards is a privately owned and operated event planning and staffing company. Owner Mary M. Bennett has worked in the special events industry for over ** years preparing to create Party Wizards in ****. Originally started to assist private home parties, Party Wizards has now evolved to also incorporate not only event staffing, but event design, culinary arts referrals and event planning as well as sub-contracting to catering companies.
Mary continuously keeps on the pulse of event trends, and brings the most current information to her clients. Her extensive lists of contacts are ready, available to clients looking for unique additions to their events. Some of these include a massage therapist, manicurists, photographers, wine sommelier and many more.

Our Philosophy
Party Wizards is focused on building a close relationship with clients in order to offer the best services possible for each event. Our top of the line bartenders and servers have been professionally trained in special event services, and are always at hand to fulfill all of the event needs. We are always striving to fulfill the needs of our clients in order to make our client's event as stress free as possible.
An excellent service is our main goal. While each of our servers is trained in fine dining, we selectively choose wait staff and bartenders that suit the needs of the events. If your party calls for a fun loving, energetic bartender, we do our best to send you someone who fits those needs. Equally, if you need a multi-talented server who can make drinks or give a hand in the kitchen, we provide one of our multi-skilled staff members. Quality control is important to us, so unlike other staffing companies, we hire only the most qualified and enthusiastic applicants. We treat every event like it is our own, and we train our staff to do the same.

Uniforms:
Each staff member comes equipped with their serving needs. All servers and bartenders carry writing utensils for taking notes, a wine key and hand sanitizer. Many servers bring other items they feel are useful for events as well. Additionally, bartenders carry a bar kit that consists of their necessary tools for making drinks: martini shakers, bottler pourers, ice scoop, etc. They also bring with them a set of questions for the host upon their arrival. These help the staff acclimate themselves with the location, and prevent them from interrupting you during the course of the event. Needless to say, our staff comes prepared to make your event as stress free as possible. When hiring a server or bartender from Party Wizards, you have a choice of two uniforms:
Formal: Tuxedo shirt, black bow tie and black pants
Casual: White polo shirt, black shorts
