EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Integrity Protective Services (IPS) was founded in **** by Mr. Walter L. Robinson Jr., a former member of the Fugitive Transport Administration (FTA) Task Force. IPS, headquartered in Washington, DC, is a diversified provider of complete security services.
Key to our steady and consistent growth is our ability to attract qualified and highly dedicated security professionals across a broad spectrum of disciplines. IPS's willingness to provide our staff with industry current resources and training allows them to consistently achieve and maintain superior contract performance.

PROGRAM SERVICE DELIVERY
Three key program methods support our company's platform. IPS's platform is what we like to call the "A.R.T." of our program service delivery. They are:
Appearance - It is our overriding goal to continue to enhance the "image" of our contracts within the community and to help strengthen ties to local resources. Because of this, we at IPS value the public's perception of our professional appearance. Our uniformed officers and staff must present themselves above reproach at all times. IPS's dress/uniform code of ethics for our employees emphasizes self-esteem and accountability through responsible individual presentation.
Responsiveness - Immediate, authoritative, and effective. At every level within IPS, we ensure the safety and security of our clients, employees and visitors. We are not defined by the issue or obstacle, but by how we proactively respond with the appropriate corrective action. Having this mindset allows IPS to be "solutions driven" instead of "problem focused".
