Bill recalls drawing his first caricatures back in the *th grade. He believes that they were well received due to the gasps of his fellow classmates and his many trips to the principal's office.

However, life took him on another path. He went to college to become a psych-major. He continued to draw in the margins of all his papers much to the chagrins of his academic advisor. It was suggested to Bill that perhaps he should forget about pursuing his masters degree and instead make a career drawing those wonderful little characters that appeared on all his papers.
