Tema Stauffer is a photographer based in New York City. She received a Bachelor’s in Studio Art from Oberlin College and a MFA in photography from The University of Illinois at Chicago. Her work has been widely exhibited in galleries and institutions including The Minnesota Center of Photography, The Rochester Art Center, The Chicago Cultural Center, and The Museum of Contemporary Art in Rouchechoart, France. She has published work in The Chicago Reader, The City Pages, The Village Voice, and W Magazine. Her art photography is represented by Jen Bekman gallery in New York City (www.jenbekman.com) and can be seen at www.temastauffer.com. Tema teaches at The School of The International Center of Photography.
