Event Sound and Video was built on a vision of detail oriented planning with the right equipment some ** years ago. The concept of anticipating pre-problems in advance and asking the question "what if " was one of the founding principles that we saw missing from so many meetings and events that we had attended. Asking simple questions like "will those windows be covered for sunlight so people can see the projected image at three o'clock in the afternoon" or "is there a back-up presentation on disk in case the laptop goes down" or "should we consider an overflow room with the right equipment if more people show up than expected" to little things like "has anyone provided a water service for the president of the company while he is at the podium".
