Our hand picked chefs infuse all types of ingredients and research new restaurants; we explore various cultures of wines, and exchange viewpoints with well known chefs. We cater events of all sizes from private parties to ball room functions, offering creative approaches to functions big and small. We pride ourselves in offering our clients the best of everything. Most of the items on our menus may be presented as plated, family style or buffet. If you do not see a specific item that you would like on your menu, please ask. Our chefs have extensive knowledge of varied cuisines and try to cater to your special requests. Some people, when choosing their buffet menu, like to select two or three entrees, so as to accommodate their guests with special dietary requirements. Special pricing is required, as it demands a greater preparation time for multiple entree menus from our culinary staff. Our function consultant will explain multiple entree pricing upon request.

Love of cooking has been a singularly influential feature of Jonathan Dunn's life since he was a child. Encouraged from an early age to indulge his desire to create in the kitchen, at the age of twelve Jonathan transitioned from years of cooking dinners for his hungry brothers to the more demanding food service industry, where he immediately developed a love for culinary arts and food service.
