About Us
Elly is a graduate of Leder Wolfe Academy School of Culinary Arts Coming from a family of ** brothers and sisters, there was always a fresh pot of frijoles barrachos (pinto beans made with beer) on the stove and home made tortillas on the griddle.

Elly's love for cooking showed at an early age, always in the kitchen watching and eager to learn.

Elly's mother was from Texas and her father was from Mexico. Both parents took part in the cooking of the meals for their family, each bringing their own traditional style, Texas and Mexico. Elly took these two styles, and mastered the blending of citrus, chili's, and seasoning creating unique Tex-Mex flavors.
