Skypoint is based in Carmel, Indiana just north of Indianapolis in Hamilton County. The pilot and owner of Skypoint, Geoff Ziegler, has over ** years experience, thousands of flights as a commercial pilot, and a proven safety record.

Skypoint has a brand new, state-of-the-art hot air balloon with first class comfort, more room per passenger and safety features over conventional balloon systems. Special thanks to our long time sponsor, Estridge, whose name we proudly display on our balloon. Their investment helped fund the very expensive balloon amenities our passengers enjoy.

Length of Flight
The average hot air balloon flight is approximately one hour in length. Allow approximately * */* hours for the total experience from meeting time to return trip back to your car.

Operation Dates
Our season runs approximately April through November with Sunset Flights available * days/week (weather permitting). Weekend Sunrise Flights are available by appointment.

Launch Sites
We have several launch sites around greater Hamilton County and surrounding Boone and Marion County areas. These include: Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield, Cicero, Arcadia, Zionsville and Northeast side Indianapolis (Geist) areas.

Our passengers only drive to one convenient, easy to find location at U.S. ** North in the Carmel/Westfield area where you may leave your car. Our Skypoint Flight Team will transport you to the most suitable launch site based on wind direction and speed. Our Flight Team will return you to your car by van. Friends and family members may follow our Flight Team during the "balloon chase" to the landing site to take pictures and "welcome the passengers back to Earth".

Altitudes
A typical flight altitude may range from a maximum of *** ft. to over *,*** ft. In open areas we may fly at tree top levels enjoying Mother Nature below. We often fly over the Morse and Geist Lakes. Every flight is a unique adventure for your memory to record forever.

Ages
Due to the design and features of our new balloon, we will accommodate children as young as * years of age up to senior citizens well into their **'s. (Passenger must meet minimal physical requirements as required by our insurance.)
