Crystal Management Group was founded in **** by Abraham Melles (CEO of ABM management Group). The ABM to Crystal name change was make as part of an agreement with ABM industries of California who has been in business since ****, So our companies Decided that it would be in the best interest for all parties involved if we make the name change. Our new name Crystal is derived from crystal city, VA where Mr. Melles, after * years in the Parking industry he saw many ways of improving the way the business was done and customer satisfaction could be improved. And the first location that we service was Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Crystal City, Virginia. Ruth’s Chris has a reputation of class and service and would be the best place to experiment with his new ideas. The results speak for themselves; All Six of Ruth’s Chris in Washington, DC area are still Crystal Valet Parking clients.
