Sabrina Mevlana has been teaching for over 7 years and currently teaches weekly classes in Nassau county at Hannah Kroner School of Dance in Albertson near Mineola North Shore Fitness Gym in East Meadow, and Wild Yamz in Franklen Square. Teens 16 and older are welcome and all classes are ongoing and drop in students are welcome.

Sabrina Mevlana is an experienced performer who plays finger zills during all performances. Sabrina can perform modern Arabic/Egyptian club style as well as Classical Egyptian style dance suitable for reception hall events.

Sabrina also performs Vintage American Cabaret which incorporates elements of the 1960's Turkish/Greek Belly Dance performance Style. Sabrina includes finger zills and dance props in her performances: Veil, Egyptian Wings, Candle Tray, Sword, or Cane as requested.

Sabrina offers different show packages to meet any budget:
15 minute show is the perfect surprise at any location
20 minute house party show
30 minute long show for backyard party or catering hall
Longer shows available upon request.

Sabrina's selection of contemporary and traditional middle eastern party songs Greek, Turkish, Arabic-Spanish Fusion, and Egyptian are certain to get your party guests out of their seats and on the dance floor! Sabrina travels by car to Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, Westchester, Northern New Jersey.

Sabrina has participated in many fundraiser events for Breast Cancer, Adolescent Diabetes, Doctors with out Borders, Earthquake relief, humanitarian aide and educational programs, and is available for fund raising events. She is willing to travel to support a good cause.

June Father's Day shows at the Oceanside Care Center, for 5th year and The Town House with Gina Vazquez in Hempstead for 2nd year. May Bridal Shower in at fancy Russian Restaurant in Brighton Beach, March Birthday party at Hilton Hotel in Kissena, March party for Tri Lanka Diplomat at Indian Restaurant in Staten Island, February Birthday Party at Italian Restaurant in Sheepshead Bay, January New Years Eve party at Indian Restaurant in Staten Island.

Other performances include numerous Dance Showcase events including Jeff Web's Drum Circle in Franklen Square, Mazika Hookah Lounge and Blue Tequila in West Hempstead, Spring Long Island RAKS show in Oceanside, Daniela's Spring Dance School show at Frank Sinatra Performing Arts auditorium in Astoria. Veils, finger zills, canes provided by instructor for use in class for no additional fee. All students receive personal attention. Class is open level and provides a warm and supportive environment. Arabic/Egyptian/Turkish modern, classical, vintage cabaret , and folk style taught in class. Finger Zills, veils, canes provided for use in class. Participation in spring recital and fall street fair is optional.

Dance fitness class to improve muscle tone and core strength, improve posture and strengthen lower back muscles. Slim down and tone body through graceful dance movements using Arabic/Turkish traditional dance movements. Reduce stress and improve focus and concentration. Improve balance and coordination. Enhance self esteem and improve body image.

Finger zills and veil technique will be taught at Sunday class.
