We offer a variety of different dance inspired fitness classes. They are guaranteed to be fun and exciting. And no previous dancing skills are required! We want you to come and have fun dancing your way to a new you without judgement!
Each class will have you moving to great music, working up a sweat, building muscles you never knew you had or just allowing your body mind and soul to feel good!

Zumba
A combination hi and lo cardio and toning workout inspired by Latin moves to include Salsa, Merengue, Cha Cha, Reggaeton and so much more!

This class reintroduces you to a favorite childhood toy (the hula hoop) in a fun and exciting way. You will get a great calorie burning workout to help tone your waist, hips, arms and thighs while having a great time!
Line Dancing
The hottest dance trend has now come to Augusta! Are you tired of not knowing the latest dances or always watching everyone else dance and have fun at the party? Is the electric slide the only dance you actually know? Well, now you can learn easy to follow patterns and line dances choreographed to mostly Country music with a touch of Beach, Pop, R&B and Hip Hop music.
No where else will you be able to learn the hottest and latest line dances.
Cardio kick blast new!
Boot camp inspired workout of super fun and super effective aerobic cardio movement intertwined with kickboxing to burn calories and carbs to high energy hits to give you a high powered strengthening and toning workout!

A yoga class for everyone. Here you can come without judgements and leave everything else outside the door. Breath and movement will be used to strengthen and tone while improving posture and flexibility.

Learn belly dance moves and techniques in a fast paced manner that will raise your heart rate, burn fat and tone muscles!
Corelates
Our version of Pilates. You will be led through fluid movements that will help you to stretch and lengthen the entire body with focus on your core while listening to soothing popular music hits.

Learn the foundation of this ethnic dance form. You will learn basic belly dance moves and combinations while getting your heart pumping and muscles working.
Kid's dance fit new!
A dance inspired fitness class for ages ** and under! Kids will go through proper warm ups and cool downs and will learn combination routines to popular top ** hits to include hip hop. This is a great class for kids that want to move and have fun and make new friends in the process!

The following classes fall under our *, *, *, * Divas Classes. These classes are for women only over the age of ** and up to ***+ years old. ** and ** year olds...if you have parent's permission or mom is participating, then we would love to have you as well!
No nudity is involved! These are strictly dance fitness classes!
Exoticize
A fitness workout that takes you through exotic and sexy moves that will have you moving on the floor or in a chair. Offers you a great toning workout with sensual and exotic moves. Talk about woman empowerment!
Polercize
A great toning workout that will have you learning exotic and sexy moves on the pole. Class consists of warm up, pole tricks and a cool down. Bring knee pads if you have them.
You will be bruised and sore, but your self confidence will fly high and you will feel great!
Belli-licious NEW!
Introduce yourself to the more sensual side of belly dance. Slow, seductive and snake like movements will help you get in touch with your body's fluidity while strengthening your abs, arms, waist and much more!
Pole Play
Want extra practice on the pole after you have learned a few tricks? Stop in to our Pole Play class and perfect them. This class is not instructor led, but one is always there for questions or help!
