Hailing from Tallahassee, Florida, Ayesha Hussain has established herself as one of the premier henna artists in the panhandle. Starting at the age of fourteen, she got involved with henna by doodling on herself while she got bored in her math class her freshman year so she wouldn't fall asleep in class. Since then, she has channeled that creativity into all sorts of facets in her life and all sorts of canvases spanning more than just the skin and paper.

In the summer of 2005, Ayesha went along with Erika Harrison of Amerikan Body Art to henna at the Atlanta, Orlando and Pompano Beach Warped Tour shows as a body art vendor. Summer of 2007, she was the youngest participant in the 3rd annual Vegas Conference sponsored by HennaPage.com, where over 60 people from around the world met up to teach and learn more about the sacred art of body adornment.

Bridal henna is more intricate and detail involved than regular body art. The color seen is body paint with mica powder, with colors that match the bride's outfit. Standard bridal packages start at $200 for both sides of both hands from fingers to elbow and the tops of both feet. Discounts are available for additional time spent on wedding guests at the reception.
