When booking an event, we will come out to the event site to do a survey. We will talk to you about the theme based party you are planning to have and assist in identifying possible props and decorations to use. We will provide you with some ideas and discuss your budget for this event. We will also take pictures and measurements for the area you will be staging your event.

Upon the preliminary meeting we will find out if we can accommodate your needs on your event date. After the initial meeting, we plan and gather up information. We will figure out what props will be used, if lighting is needed and what sort of backgrounds and foregrounds will be implemented.

Generally after a day or two of the initial meeting we will draw up a proposal which will go over your theme event. We will discuss props, lighting, etc and propose a monetary settlement.

If both parties come to an agreement and invoice will be draw up and statement of work agreement will be discussed and signed. At that time a **% deposit will be required which may be used to purchase miscellaneous materials to accommodate your event. The other **% is due the day of setup for your event.

What sets my company apart from other theme based party providers is a theme park atmosphere. At Kid at Heart Creations, for high end events we use both animated and un-animated state of the art props, backgrounds and foregrounds. We also use custom special effect lighting along with fog, snow and bubble machines for that special effect. Also we do low budget cost events using ballons, streamers and paper cut outs.
