Margo Jolly has been in the party business for over a decade. She is a certified balloon artist with a premiere balloon decorating service called "Signature Celebrations" in Tustin, California.

She is an international award-winning event designer/decorator. Her works are featured in several magazines; she quickly became one of the premier designers in the industry.

Her passion for parties started early in her life with her father, a formally trained gourmet chef, that loved a party. The passion was passed on to her and she has long been the 'go-to' person for event planning in her large circle of family and friends. It was a natural path for her to enter the event business.
