With over twenty years of experience as a dressmaker and theatrical costume designer, Rachel Kurland has a thorough knowledge of fashion history and styles. She has designed and constructed dresses from all eras—a myriad of necks, collars, sleeves, skirts, with pintucks, lace techniques, ruching, smocking, or beading.
