Fit Pole is El Paso's premier pole dancing studio offering an alternative to the traditional fitness centers, gymnasiums and dance studios.
Pole dancing improves strength, reduces body fat, builds endurance, flexibility, posture and elegance in an exciting and fun way. Pole dancing is a unique dance form that incorporates a multitude of traditional dance forms such as, ballet, salsa, street hip-hop and many other dances. These aspects, in addition to the health benefits, makes Pole dancing unique!

At Fit Pole we focus on teaching dance elements combined with traditional cardiovascular, strength and toning workouts to give you the best results - while having fun!
WHAT WE TEACH
Fit Pole offers the most up to date, safe and professional tuition in pole dancing. Our teachers are highly qualified dance/fitness professionals. They regularly attend seminars and workshops to ensure they are current with the latest high standards of teaching.
We offer 3 progressive levels of instruction to ensure our students meet their individual goals. In addition to our progressive class schedule, Fit Pole offers regular practice sessions, one-on-one sessions and advanced themed courses. In addition to our level 1-6 pole fitness classes we now offer the following classes: Kickboxing, step aerobics, belly dancing, zumba, pilates, yoga, chair dance, pole aerobics and total body conditioning.
