Vince and Ida Salerno migrated by boat from Calabria, Italy to Chicago, Illinois in the late **'s. There they started their new life in the food and beverage industry. Their dedication and hard work soon paid off and their success extended throughout Chicago due to multiple locations. After ** years in the Windy City, they decided to open their first location in Arizona focusing on catering and continuing to offer their same successful homemade specialties valley wide.
