WORKING WITH RECORD-A-HIT ENTERTAINMENT:

When you call RAH for a quote or to schedule an event we will ask you some important questions:

*. Date of event *. Time of event, start to finish. *. Event location. Also important to know if there are any impediments to loading equipment in and out. *. Number of participants. *. Age group of participants. *. Contact person's name, phone, fax and address. *. If there are any special clothing requirements?

We will then send you a contract. A signed copy of the contract must be returned to Record-A-Hit with a **% non-refundable deposit to hold the date.

Usually the crew chief (manager of your event) will contact you to review the specifics one week prior to the event. They may ask you to fax us a map, give us directions, or find out where suitable parking will be.

Once on site, Record-A-Hit staff will bring and set up the attractions. Most of our interactive games are attended to make them safe and enjoyable for everyone. When the scheduled finish time is at hand, we will find out if you would like overtime, and will require you to sign an authorization if you do. Otherwise, we will pick up the attractions, and the surrounding area and take them back to our warehouse.

Length of Rental:
Most of our attractions are rented on a * hour basis. That means * hours of operation, not including set-up and removal of attractions. We can deliver and operate attractions at any time of the day or night, depending on your entertainment needs.

Record-A-Hit is not only known for its excellent attractions, but for its attentive staff who keep participants in high spirits and ready for action. Our staff of well-trained crew chiefs, attendants, artist and entertainers are experienced in dealing with many types of people, from young children through college students and corporate executives through retirees. A crew chief will contact you prior to your event to make sure the details are clear and that we do exactly what you want, when you want it done.
