At Sairs Protection Services our ongoing mission is to provide excellent service to our Clients, without exception. We utilize our managements many years of combined experience, by consistently instilling that experience in our officers.

Sairs Protection has built a great reputation over the years by conducting itself in a manner that is honorable, and ethical, and our staff is completely dedicated to maintaining our reputation as such.

Officers must successfully meet all the training requirements and criteria. Training is on going using methods involving video training, verbal instruction, and role-playing.

The uniforms we provide consist of a wrinkle-free security command shirt, with appropriate security patches, badge, black slacks, and black shoes.

All officers are provided a cell phone for emergency communications, and communications to our dispatcher. Officers receive an hourly call from the **-hour dispatcher to check his or her welfare, and to review site information. Officer's vehicles will be provided signage, and amber lights.

Our officers always receive visitation randomly, from our supervisors. The Supervisor will review and sign his or her report, will review the site conditions, and assure the officer is properly equipped.
