He photographed assignments for many editorial magazines as well as weddings and private events. His approach to capturing events and non-professional portrait subjects is to allow for events and subjects to reveal themselves naturally and spontaneously with an occasional direction provided gently. The goal is to capture the essence of the entire day so the viewer can feel as if they were actually there. His portrait commissions follow the same approach.
