Plaid Planning is a wedding consulting & coordinating business serving patrons in Northwest Indiana & the surrounding areas. We will help make your day just that – YOURS – by planning a celebration that will reflect who you are as a couple while making your guests feel welcome.
We offer a wide variety services for your events including: Day of Coordinator, Full Party Planning, & Partial Party Planning.
Below is a list of our basic packages, but we are always open do designing a package to cater to your specific needs.
- Silver Package : This is our "Starter Package". We realize that everyone does not need help throughout the entire planning process. It includes a two hour consultation with an experienced planner to create a custom blueprint for your perfect event. We will guide you in the right direction for a stress free process. We will create a timeline and realistic budget for you.
- Gold Package : This package is for the couple who is seeking to have the perfect wedding day. It is created for the couple who already has booked their vendors and planned the wedding. We will meet with you * weeks prior to your event to obtain a clear understanding of your wedding day vision. We will create a "day of" timeline. A coordinator will be present at your rehearsal to assure a smooth and effective rehearsal. We will be present on the day of your wedding to maintain organization of your event, pin corsages, coordinate the bridal party for photos, prepare bridal party for grand entrance, coordinate announcements with the DJ, disburse final payments to vendors and gather Bride/Groom items at the end of the evening. Our coordinator will have an emergency wedding kit on-hand for those little incidents that may come up. Leave the organizing to Plaid Planning relax. After all, this is your Big Day and we want to assure you that everyone is in their right place at the right time - from your family, wedding party, vendors, to the limo waiting to whisk you off to your honeymoon destination.
- Diamond Package : This package is for the couple who knows what they want, have most of the details planned and under control, but needs some assistance along the way or to wrap it up. We will meet with you to review your planning progress to date and determine what details are left that you would like us to handle. We will be available for up to three * hour consultations (to be scheduled at your request). We will verify final contracts with vendors. We will coordinate and be present at your rehearsal and on the day of your wedding as listed in the gold package. Supervision and coordination of rehearsal and wedding day activities and vendors.
- Platinum Package : From the time you are engaged until you are whisked away to your honeymoon destination, plaid planning will provide full service wedding coordination and consultation for the busy bride and groom. We will begin by setting a customized timeline and budget to create your dream wedding. Based on the information that you provide, we will make initial contact with vendors to determine which better suits your needs. We will review, negotiate and coordinate vendors and contracts. We will schedule and/or accompany you to * vendor's appointments. We will assist you with out-of-town guest accommodations; invitation selections, distribution and RSVP collection; seating arrangements, and disbursements and menu choice; event design and decorations, favors, centerpieces, ceremony/reception layout, honeymoon arrangements; and disbursement of vendor payments. We will coordinate and direct the wedding day event as listed in the gold package. We will provide unlimited meetings, phone calls, email contact. We will serve as your point of contact throughout the planning process ensuring your needs are met and on track.
