The McNutt House
The first floor of the main house is an ideal setting for a small indoor wedding, parties of all types, business meetings, banquets, rehearsal dinners, baby and wedding showers, bachelor/bachelorette parties, family and other type reunions, socials, as training facilities and most any other type gathering or special event you may have. The parlor and adjoined dining room can accommodate **-** persons for a wedding or social and approximately ** persons for seating depending upon type tables used and layout. The adjacent sunroom is the ideal area for positioning a bar, setting up a buffet or use by your caterer as a staging area.
The Courtyard
If you are planning an outdoor event you need look no further. The McNutt House has a lovely terraced courtyard with multiple spots perfect for a small garden wedding. The large deck overlooking the gardens and water feature is shaded by one of the area's oldest Japanese Magnolia trees. The paths, patios, deck and gazebo area offer ample mix and mingling space for very large social events, reunions, retreats and company picnics.
The Hall If you require more indoor space then the Hall is your solution. A spacious area amiable to any type function accommodating upwards of ** persons for a banquet. It has an open floor plan, double door entrances facing the street and courtyard and a fully equipped galley style kitchen perfect as a preparation and staging area for luncheons and banquets.
Optional Services
Pictured is the living room of the McNutt Suite situated at the top of the staircase in the main house. This suite is perfectly suited for use as a Hospitality Suite or as the bride's dressing chamber. Additional suites and rooms may be made available for use by the groom and out of town family members.
Two fully equipped kitchens (Magill House and The Hall) along with BBQ grills may be made available for keeping food warm or preparing anything from hor d'ouerves to a feast.
