Tarot - I have been reading tarot cards for ** years. I use these cards only as a tool more for the individual having the reading than for myself.

Much of my readings come from my own innate intuitive abilities, that I was born into the world having. Much of what I receive is from voice, so another term would be that I am clairaudio

Yoga -
The overall focus on Yoga is the breath. Also referred to as chi energy, it is our life force.

Yoga teaches us through proper breath, to open up areas in our body that are blocked and stagnant which causes cramping, illness and disease.

Most of us are not even breathing correctly due to fast-paced lifestyles, we are usually gasping for the next breath. Through breathing properly, stretching into our muscle and joints, we elongate the key components in our body to give us maximum flexibility and motion. We are not to compare ourselves to others, but to work at our own capacity and our own individual potential

Reiki -
Reiki involves a laying on of the hands by the practitioner and working in union with your higher self in pulling and redirecting energy flows in the body that need to be moved and or shifted. Healing occurs on all levels: physical, spiritual and emotional.

Due to energy shifts that will occur in the body, moving blockages and shifting memory cells through the body, old thoughts, patterns and behaviours left unattended year after year will shut us down and stop us from going forward in life and obtaining what we want out of life.

The energy will actually be moved to the necessary areas by one's own higher self (angels, guides). The practitioner is only a channel to be used as a conduit to assist this process. Recommended sessions, no more than three per week on a case-by-case basis. Clients recommended to drink sufficient amounts of water to accelerate the healing process and comfortable clothing is suggested.

Now is the time to tend to the garden in your mind. Over time, weeds begin to grow in our garden, old foliage needs to be replaced and discarded. Sometimes we even forget to water our garden with sunshine, love and light. The garden is the place where you can begin to make your dreams a reality because it is within your power to direct energy to bring your thoughts to reality.

It is so easy to get caught up in life, our responsibilities and our hurt and pain. Before we know it, the kids are gone, our divorce is final and all our friends have moved away. Our parents have passed on and we realize we have forgotten about ourselves. Because we are in a time of quick, fast and rash lifestyles, it is even more important to tune into your self conscious and ignite the flame of your spirit to be your best and bring to this earth plane your true essence. The only true part of you is your soul; your body is just a vessel for that soul while here on this earth.

Your spiritual growth is absolutely essential to living a peaceful life, where your feelings of happiness exist within and are not determined by circumstances outside of yourself.
