The freshest ingredients. We never freeze our cakes for weeks or months waiting for somebody to place an order. While we can prepare the decorations, accessories and specialty features of a creation ahead of time and vacuum seal them, your cake is usually baked the day before delivery so the final product is the freshest possible cake you can get. Depending on how elaborate a cake is, we sometimes make a backup just for our peace of mind as the planet's gravity can sometimes play havoc in transporting, so we don't take chances.

Our butter cream icings are made from scratch. We use real butter, sugar and extracts that are all measured to our specifications on our premises.

While we feature Satin Ice brand fondants as most professionals do, we are proud to offer FONDARIFIC premium brand fondants upon request. They do cost a little more but there is no substitute for this delightfully smooth, creamy textured premium product that's in a class by itself. All of our repeat clients say they come back for two reasons; The uniqueness of our creations & the amazing taste of the ingredients that make up our cakes. We've developed a proprietary butter cream icing that for many, is beyond what they ever expected. Some of our clients have even asked if they could buy a container of the icing alone to eat after the cake is gone. We can do that.

We also print an image of each cake on the outside of the delivery box so guests who come late, get to see what they missed while they are scrounging for crumbs. From celebrities to Birthdays, Events, Parties, Corporate Kickoff's, Baby Showers and even "White Trash Parties", Kenfections can take a very basic theme and take it to the next level.
