Founded by Jose Guadalupe in ****. When he arrived to New Jersey from Morelos, Mexico. It all started with a dream to put the Mexican Culture high. Putting the group together was not an easy task. He started with six members which he personally picked. He wanted to have members who have the potential to perform the best mariachi music. At the beginnig it was hard to keep together and establish themselves in New Jersey but, with the professional talent they have gone far.

Two years after their start in ****, Mariachi Oro De Mexico started working with prestigious hotels, private companies and restaurants through out the tri-state area. Included are the famous casinos in Atlantic City. The group also participates in many Cultural and musical festivals. Continuing with their great effort, they started to work with famous mexican artist. Some of the artists include Maribel Guardia, Pedro Fernandez, Alicia Villareal, Yolanda Del Rio, Ana Barbara and much more. With the help of god the group is putting mexico culture high and keeps its mariachi music going strong.
