Customer service is our top priority. Prestige Parking, has been servicing the Detroit Area since 1998. We have been the leader in hospitality and service within our industry. We strive to make sure each of our customers' valet experience is a pleasant one. Our goal is to have patrons wait a minimal time and to make sure that they feel greatly valued and welcomed when arriving and departing at an event or establishment - for we are the first and last impression that they will come across.
EXPERIENCE & UNIFORMS
Each of our fully trained employees has experience working in many various establishments such as, fine dining restaurants, banquet halls, nightclubs, and private events at homes and businesses. We do numerous parties and private events.
Prestige Parking also provides Parking Lot Management and Traffic Control for large events.
In raining weather conditions, attendants escort guests to and from vehicles with oversized black golf umbrellas. Attendants are equipped with snow brushes in the winter. Many times Prestige Parking uses CB radios, which allows guests to receive their vehicles faster than usual. Prestige Parking also provides limousine service, shuttle van transportation and coat check service when needed.
All attendants are dressed in a formal uniform, which consist of black slacks, a white dress shirt, a maroon vest, a black bow tie, and a name tag.

INSURANCE
All restaurants & events are insured for $1,000,000.00 General Liability and up to $50,000.00 collision coverage per vehicle. Every aspect of an accident is covered.
AMBASSADOR MAGAZINE PROMOTION
We are currently doing a promotion, leaving a copy of Ambassador Magazine in each vehicle that we park at our Private Events. Ambassador Magazine is a newer local publication owned by Denise Ilitch and Dennis Archer Jr. The magazine contains articles relating to people, places, issues, events, restaurants etc. in the Metropolitan Detroit Area. It's a gift from us to you and your guests.
