  Horrible Customer Service

I planned an event for my neighborhood... set it up with Don Buckley of Buck's Ice Cream 3 weeks before the event. We even scheduled a Rain Date as well. Talked with Don for about 15 minutes on the phone getting everything set up. When I called Don the week of my event, he did not return my calls. When I finally got him on the phone, he said he did not remember speaking with me! Therefore, my neighborhood ice cream give-away had to be rescheduled with another (GREAT) company. I don't know how Buck's stays in business with this kind of customer service!
