I am writing you to thank-you for a very pleasant transaction. A couple of weeks ago I had placed an order for some chanter reeds for my bagpipes. When the reeds arrived a Warnock medium reed was too easy in my opinion. I also understand that how hard or easy a reed is can be subjective. I contacted you guys and you guys were more than happy to help me. I sent back the reed and a few days later a new Warnock medium reed arrived. It is the best Warnock medium reed that I’ve played yet. I wish to thank you for your patience and outstanding customer service. I have brought reeds from you since this transaction and I will continue to get my reeds (and other supplies when needed) from Henderson Imports in the future. Thanks again.

First of all this isn’t a request for information. It’s praise to all the folks there. I ordered just simple tone enhancer kit on Monday and received it today. I want to thank you all for the service despite my order being a bit wee smallish. Secondly; I was not aware of how badly I needed to change the elements on my enhancers. That new mesh has breathed new life into my drones (I was huffing and puffing to make them sound and there were all sorts of ‘goose calls’ coming from them). I am pleased with the new material in the enhancer kits and definitely the service I received. Thank you and keep it up.
