Ray bartended at the Phoenician, a 5-Diamond resort in Scottsdale Arizona from 2003 - 2008 and started working as a bartender at the Grand Hyatt in Denver Colorado in late 2008 when his wife's career moved the family. When Ray is not scheduled at work he is usually bartending for friend's parties, bat mitzvah, etc...
He found his passion in mixology as a child in Camarillo California when he would mix fruit drinks with sodas and discover new tastes. When Ray became old enough, his father taught him how to make a Manhattan and Ray has been perfecting this drink ever since. Ray loves meeting new and interesting people and he always learns something while listening to family, friends, and client stories when mixing their drinks.
