If you are looking to plan a corporate party, gala or fundraiser, social event, wedding, reception and business breakfast or luncheon, we provide full-service catering, party planning and event management services. We offer an extraordinary variety of hors d’oeuvres, entrees and desserts. We offer custom cakes in a variety of flavors, shapes, and sizes, all filled and iced with fillings and icings made from scratch by our Pastry Chefs.
We provide anything from the tables and chairs, specialty lighting and table linens, to the event staff. Additionally we carry a large inventory of table linens with over 200 colors and styles to satisfy the theme or ambiance of your event. All of our Linens are available to rent out, as well, if this is all you need. Round tablecloths start at $12, Linen Napkins start at $.80 (Unfolded), and Skirting is $18 per 14 Foot section (Includes Skirting clips).
We provide a custom designed menu and coordinate both the decor and food presentation for your event. Whether the event is a formal French-service dinner, an authentic Texas-style barbecue, a luncheon for ten, or an event for 1,000s of guests, we can accommodate you. We offer different bundles to make your experience less of a hassle.
Business Bundles are available Monday-Thursday from 11am-2pm and start at $14.95/guest. This bundle includes Setup and cleanup of your event, service staff, china/stemware/glassware, and linens. We provide assistance in your coordination of entertainment, lodging, travel, and audio/visual equipment. With water, iced tea or coffee, a garden salad, your choice of entree, from Baked Ziti with Garlic Bread to Flounder Stuffed with Lump Crab Meat served with Creamy Garlic Sauce, a starch, from Irish Potatoes to Basmati Rice Pilaf, a vegetable, and the chef chooses the dessert.
Other Bundles include The Cortland Mansion Menu (only available at the Mansion), and the Cortland Mansion Signature Weddings Menu which is offered Fridays and Sundays at Cortland Mansion.
The Offsite Catering Menu will provide you with a detailed list of all of our foods and items available for your every event. Specific Wedding Packages, Silver, Gold and Platinum, are offered starting at $47.95/guest without Bar.
The rental price includes facility and grounds, 200 folding white chairs, 300 Walnut Chiavari chairs with Brocade cushions, 30- 5.5 foot round tables, 12-6 foot banquet tables, bridal suite, parking lot, and courtyard. We do charge a nominal delivery fee for events that are catered offsite. Set up and clean up fees are included in all of our packages listed on our menu and if its an ala carte menu, the fee is 10% of the food and beverage order. We are licensed by the Washington County health department. All of our Bartending staff is state certified in the techniques of alcohol management, and all of our foods are prepared in our commercial kitchen
