Shane's love of reptiles began as a child who loved to catch and chase snakes and lizards in Utah. His fascination grew with his raising of a pet iguana named "Horse." Shane wants to share his knowledge and love of reptiles. He knows that knowledge can clear up the misunderstandings that many people have about these animals.

Scales and Tails takes a naturally educational program and make it exciting. We don't want to just stand in front of a classroom and give facts, we make our presentations so that they are a unique interactive experience.
