(he's done more Bar-Bat Mitzvahs than the average Rabbi!)
Elgin works in the NYC Metro Area, Long Island, and Staten Island. He also teaches the art of cartooning and caricature and even draws DOGS! and Pet Portraits!

In addition to Party Caricature, he offers a wide variety of artistic services including, DIGITAL GIFT CARICATURE, and SIGN-IN BOARDS for Bar-Bat MItzvahs, and other special events, and CHARACTER and LOGO Design.
