In the evening before you go out: If you're going right out after you party, wear clothes that aren't too tight or too short!

My friends and I have been hearing all about this Pole Fitness Studio and the instructor Fawnia. So, we had to try it out for my friends birthday. Fawnia was so helpful especially for my girlfriends that were a little bashful. Fawnia was so encouraging and made it fun for all of us.
