How long have you been in business?

What is the process?
Freeze drying or "sublimation" is a process of extracting water without going through the liquid phase.
What is the difference between pressing and freeze drying?
Personal preference – pressed are two dimensional on fabric backgrounds that framed flat against the glass while freeze dried are three dimensional and mounted in shadowboxes, domed frames or tabletop lanterns.
How are the flowers treated?
Chemically both pre and post freeze drying. Even flowers in presses are processed in the freeze dryer.
Are there any flowers that don't preserve well?
Some do better than others depending on the process and condition upon receipt. Recommendations can be made upon request.
When should I place my order?
Anytime but about 2 months prior to wedding date is ideal.
What should I do with my flowers after my wedding?
Keep them cool and hydrated. Special instructions for keeping flowers to last longest will vary and advice is given upon consultation.
How should I get my flowers to you?
Call or email to coordinate. Drop off is by appointment only.
When do I need to pick out my frame?
Sometimes before but most often after you've seen your bouquet.
My wedding has already happened. What now?
It's not too late. CALL ASAP. You only need to choose pressed vs. freeze dried and drop them off along with a $250 deposit
How soon do you need my flowers?
No more than a few days after the wedding. Don't wait to call!
How long does it take?
That depends on the time of year. How quickly your frame is chosen will factor in as well. It's a process that requires a good amount of wait time that can't be rushed. Allow anywhere from a few to several months for completion.
How much does it cost?
Average piece is $500 – give or take depending on the frame chosen. A $250 deposit is required to hold your space. The balance is due when frame choice is made.
