I'm writing to commend Jay's Valet Service for providing us with a first-class operation for our New Year's Eve Party, ****. We booked them in October and between then and the actual event I know I talked with them at least * times as they called to make sure things were set up properly. The on-site visit a couple of weeks in advance was the icing on the cake, as their staff made sure they knew and understood how traffic would flow in and out of the event and where would be the best place in our lot for parking cars that chose the valet.
The event itself was so smooth it was almost anticlimactic. The party-goers were very pleased to be offered valet, and the service Jay's staff gave them made the entire evening exactly what it should have been-special.
