Behind The Cathedral Veil Package (Full Coordination)
This package is for the couple that doesn’t have a lot of time to deal with all the intricate details of their wedding, and are happy and willing to put it into the hands of an expert. We will plan, design, and execute all the details of your wedding from start to finish. With this package you can relax and remain assured that your wedding will be a chic, unique, and luxurious event. Your guests will be left in a state of amazement and you and your honey will be left with the greatest memory of your lives! The Behind the Cathedral Veil Package may include the following:
Minimum two hour planning meetings once a month
Complete budget creation and management
Unlimited phone and email contact
Unlimited etiquette advice
Assistance in creating and executing custom theme, event design, and décor
Attend and assist in selection vendors
Negotiate, finalize, and confirm all contracts with vendors up until wedding date
Assistance in selection of any necessary venues
Secure rooms for out of town guests
Create and prepare welcome packages for all out of town guests
Assistance in preparing favors, stationary (save the date, invitations, menu cards, etc.), or floral arrangements.
Assistance with selecting apparel
Secure and arrange all transportation
Creation of detailed itinerary for the week of your wedding
Conduct Rehearsal
Complete Day of Consultation from start to finish with two additional wedding assistants
Assistance with any day after responsibilities
