Mondelli's Bakeshop is a family run business with recipes handed down over four generations. We pride ourselves in being a Lexington favorite for our made from scratch products and original recipes. Our bakery is known for delicious cakes and icings, and beautiful decorating. You can come in our store every day of the week and our cases will be filled with Cakes, donuts, pastries and cookies. Buy in store or you may choose to place a custom order.

Wedding Cakes
We can make your day truly special with a custom designed Mondelli's wedding cake, with any of our cake and icing choices. Our famous cake decorator has twenty five years of cake decorating experience to design a cake for your special day.

To give you the adequate amount of time your cake deserves, wedding consultations are by appointment only. When coming in for consultations it is beneficial if you have already picked out your invitations, wedding colors, bridesmaid dresses/color, and your wedding dress. Reason being that it provides a starting point of your individual taste and designs already chosen. Since your cake will be custom designed for you we can incorporate these patterns and or colors into your cake design. We are also able to duplicate most any design that you see in magazines or online. We do buttercream, white, cream cheese, or chocolate piping. Other items offered are ribbon trim, gum paste, edible sugars, pearls, dragees.

Flavors
Our cake is made from an old family recipe that is so popular we have customers drive as far as Louisville to get their hands on one.

White Chocolate Yellow Marble Strawberry Red Velvet Carrot Cake Italian Creme Cake Dark Forest Raspberry and lemon filling available at an extra charge.

Icing Flavors
Our icing like everything else we make is made from scratch. We are so well known for our buttercream icing, that we have requests for it to be sold by itself. Its light, fluffy, creamy, and buttery, with out being too sweet.
