I started baking with my grandmother and mother as a small child and decorating birthday cakes, including my own at the age of **. After attending Parsons School of Design I worked as a designer and graphic artist while continuing to bake for friends. For over ** years I have been in and around the food/hospitality business, catering and creating events for * people to *** people. Finally my sweet tooth got the best of me and I enrolled in culinary school to refine my baking techniques, graduating in the top of my class in **** from Scottsdale Culinary Institute, Le Cordon Bleu. With a strong design/art background I approach each cake as a piece of art.

Cakes should be edible...each creation will be made with the finest and freshest ingredients available and decorations should be edible ...NO plastic or styrofoam parts. (Except for a few necessary structural supports). Approach each design as a one of a kind masterpiece...it should look beautiful and taste great. Leaving your guest speechless.
