Infinity Dance and Wellness is the inspiration of Columbus native Valerie Schrader. Valerie has been teaching dance for several years and been a dancer pretty much all her life. She has studied many different styles of dance including Belly Dance, Thai, Exotic, Pole, Burlesque and her base Hip Hop. Although Valerie loves the benefits that dance offers by allowing you to become in tune with your body and develop self confidence she was looking to create something a little different. Valerie wanted to combine the fun and fluidity of dance with the physical results offered in aerobics classes. With the popularity of Cardio Striptease classes in major cities around the world Valerie found her calling and Cardio Divas was born.

Cardio Divas is Valerie's own special blend of cardio striptease moves and some hip hop moves that are the base of her dance background! In each ** minute class Valerie teaches a series of moves; taught slowly at first so students get the toning benefits of each move while really grasping the concept of how they're done. After each move is broken down slowly the pace is picked way up and the moves are combined in mini combos and then just to really work up a sweat everything is combined into a master combo. Through this specially designed program Valerie hopes to give the ladies of Central Ohio a fun, light-hearted workout while improving self esteem and confidence and bonding with each other!

It is Valerie's goal to expand and create a place that offers an overall mind/body experience for people to have fun and feel good about themselves. A place where people can let go of life's drama and just concentrate on # *!

Parties
Have a Bachelorette, birthday, girl's night in or divorce party with us in the comfort of your own home or in our Gahanna Studio!

Any of our available classes can be turned into a party for you and your friends as well as custom parties for your group. Parties can be done for ** minutes or ** minutes and are for women only! To book a party please email us to set up the day and time of your party. We will teach you and your friends a bit of our moves and help you put them together in a short routine. To make it even easier on you, send us the email addresses of all your attending ladies and we will send out an E-invite with all the info they need, including cost, what to wear, what to bring, etc. Let us make your night a one of a kind experience for you!!!
